On my due date 20th oct, as usual we have our mj session. Casse, jiayi, hubby n I started playing around 2pm and we end at 9pm. I went to the toilet n saw a drip of brown spot which I thought still okay. But after awhile I went to toilet again as I feel abit uncomfortable... There goes the m.plug n bloody show... It's time :) start packing up thing that we need to bring to hospital.

Reach hospital about 10pm n doc did a check and I am 2-3cm dilated and ask me to be warded.

While hubby settling the admission, me n Casse still can talk cock and we went to chinatown porridge for supper at about 1 plus am.

After finish dinner, the pain get stronger... Then they suggest I ask them to check but that nurse thought I was just thinking too much and say still the same as me go back ward and wait. Zzz

Hubby n Casse went back, so I warded and fall asleep. About 3am I keep awake by the contraction which became more n more unbearable. I called hubby to come hospital again and I was send down to delivery suite to use laughing gas and leg jab.

I feel so much relieve after that jab and fall asleep and woke up by a doc at 5am to break water bag as I am 4-5cm already.

The nightmare came after water bag was burst.... The pain is unbearable and I required for epi which takes awhile before the doc come to help me with the jab.

I should have take the jab earlier lol... Heaven relieve the pain and doc checked I am already 7cm-8cm. Very soon we will start the pushing :) and my little boy is out and suddenly heavy rain pour...

Baby is healthy :D
I went for baby detail scan last week. He is so naughty and playful, sucking his tiny little thumb.
The nurse unable to scan his heart and ask me to turn here and there end up ask me go walk around for awhile and come back for the scan later. Finally after a long day of waiting the scan end and went back to my gynae with the report.

He growing very well and everything was good. I can feel him kicking inside me already.
The feeling is so amazing... :) Hubby also manage to feel him already. kekeke...

So many Rabbit babies this year. :D

What is an OSCAR screening?

OSCAR, or One-stop Clinic for Assessment of Risk for Fetal Anomalies is a combination test offered in the first trimester to screen for risk of fetal anomalies, in particular Down Syndrome (Trisomy 21). It involves a Nuchal translucency (NT) scan and a blood test.

An OSCAR screening will allow you to find out sooner if your baby has a high risk of chromosomal defects.

The results will be calculated and depending on whether you have a high risk or not, you can decide if you want further invasive testing such as CVS. OSCAR screenings are optional and you can discuss it with your doctor if you wish to have the test.

When is the OSCAR screening carried out?

If you wish to have an OSCAR test done, your doctor will schedule for it in your first trimester, usually between 11 to 14 weeks of your pregnancy. If your doctor is not certified to do nuchal translucency scans, he should arrange for a sonographer or a doctor who can. This will usually take place at a fetal assessment unit in a hospital.

What are the combined tests in an OSCAR screening?

Nuchal translucency (NT) scan
Nuchal translucency is a collection of fluid under the skin at the back of a baby's neck. It can be measured using ultrasound when your baby is between 11 and 13 weeks and 6 days old. All babies have some fluid, but many babies with Down's syndrome have an increased amount.

A nuchal translucency (NT) scan is a screening test which assesses whether your baby is likely to have Down's syndrome. A screening test can only estimate the risk of your baby having Down's, whereas a diagnostic test, such as CVS or amniocentesis will give you a definite diagnosis (but also carries a small risk of miscarriage).

The NT scan can't tell for certain whether your baby is affected. However, it can help you decide whether or not to have a diagnostic test.

Blood test
The blood test measures:

• free beta- hCG (human chorionic gonadotrophin)

• PAPP-A (pregnancy associated plasma protein A)

A woman who is carrying a baby with Down's syndrome will have abnormal levels of these two substances in her blood.

The NT scan alone probably picks up about 75 to 82 per cent of babies with Down's syndrome, and the blood test alone, about 60 to 70 per cent. If you put the two tests together, the detection rate is usually in the range of 90 to 93 per cent with about a 3 to 5 per cent false positive rate.

However, the accuracy of the combined test depends on many factors, such as how good the sonographer is for the NT scan and how good the scanner is that she's using. Plus the timings of the blood tests and the NT scan can also make a difference to detection rates.

What should I do if I am high risk?

Most women given a high risk will go on to have a normal baby. Even with a risk as high as one in five, your baby has four out of five chances that he does not have Down's. Nevertheless, once your pregnancy has been labelled high-risk, you will probably feel anxious and perhaps unsure of what to do.

The only way to know for certain if your baby has Down's or another chromosomal abnormality is to have a diagnostic test, such as CVS or amniocentesis. This decision can be very difficult, but you do not have to decide in a hurry.

One advantage of the OSCAR scan is that it is done early in your pregnancy, and it is possible to have a CVS and get the result while you are still in the first trimester. If you are unsure what to do, you can wait until 16 weeks and have an amniocentesis then if you wish. Your doctor will provide more information if you need it.

8weeks & 5days now

Yesterday went to see Gynae with Hubby, Doc did a scan and see baby heart beat... :D
Baby is measured 8weeks & 5days now. But weird dunno how doc calculate the baby as i back track 8week and 5days is 13th Jan which is not possible as my last mense start date is 17th Jan.
Maybe baby is growing well and faster? LOL.. clueless :D anyway Doc say my EDD at the moment is 20th Oct 2011.

I cant wait for the next visit which is on 11th April and I will be stepping into Trimester 2.
Hopefully no more vomiting... My doc is very encouraging and told me vomit is a very good sign, people who dont have Morning sickness tans to have higher chances of miscarriage.
He still tell me.. whenever I vomit tell myself.. Its a good thing... baby is good. ZzzzzZZzzz :D

Pray all goes well for me and hopefully less morning sickness. :D

8 weeks

Today... Probably is the 8weeks of pregnancy according to my gynae as first visit couldn't see anything, baby too small.
Things doesn't get any better for me... still throwing out and feel very xin ku.
I am going for my scan next Monday and will be able to hear baby heart beat and get a more accurate EDD.
Looking forward to the scan and Hubby is taking time off to accompany me.

Yesterday... once I alight the bus.. I start throwing out my Lunch Udon.
My MS is very jialiat.... lucky every morning Hubby will encourage me and pacify me to go to work.
I am trying very hard to wake up in the morning and go to work after vomiting at home.

Sour Plum doesn't help at all and I have taken Medicine from the Gynae as well but it also doesn't work on me...
Keep having Nauseous. Alot of friends very encouraging and say after first trimester will get better. But I also heard that some people have MS for the whole pregnancy.
Goodness... I pray and talk to baby everyday... Hoping to get better after day by days.

Everytime i am Hungry, the nausea feeling is worst but i just don't have appetite to eat anything...
I only happened to finish my Mee Hoon Soto once during my dinner... I am very happy to finish the dinner.

Whenever I craving for any food... i am happy cos i normally do not know what to eat for my next meal and i am very troubled.
Yesterday i have craving for BKT but didnt manage to eat that.
Today.. My girls are meeting me to have Havelock Road BKT for dinner... So happy. :D

Too Long nv Blog

Its been 3months since i last blogged. So much thing was done during this 3months.
Hubby and I had officially done all Chinese Customary and Wedding Dinner... Stepping into another stage of our life. Sometime i am looking back what i am doing past year and realize i had been progressing too fast. Get Engaged, bought our 1st home, wedding preparation and finally wedding over. It's really too fast that i am telling myself.. i need to slow down. :D

I am happy and contented to what i have right now. I am very fortunate to have such a loving Hubby by my side and take care every bit of my needs.

I am happy to know all my girls are doing great and everyone is progressing as well.

December is always a happy month to me! It's our birthday, My sister My brother and Me... all December babies.
This year birthday celebration was simple and I settle my house warming together with my birthday. 2 in 1 as I am too lazy!!! LOL...

Few days before Christmas meet up with Mandy to shop for Christmas gifts.
We had Din Tai Fung for dinner~ YuMMMmmmy~~~~
Both of us shop like mad in TAKA :D She buying gifts for others and I am buying gifts for myself... LOLx..

We went to TAKA LV Boutique but it's closed so we proceed to ION LV Boutique.
It's still open.. queue was not very long but waited awhile.

Slightly packed!

This few weeks have been really busy... Finally renovation has been completed.Things we order from IKEA had arrived and fixed, slowly packing my clothes over to fill up the wardrobe... TV console and my drawer which i purchase from Sea Horse had arrived as well, left the Sofa from Sea horse. Bed from King kol will be arriving tomorrow. :D

I'm so looking forward to 6th Dec which we will be offically staying in.Over the weekend Zylia,Mandy,Shihao,Amanda & BF came for Mahjong...6pok of Mahjong.. hahah... Madness! My Mahjong Room is so messy with all the drinks,tibets,snacks,beers....
Thinking to change the MJ room to the room in the kitchen.
These few days i will be going home pack clothes and bring over to my new place..It's 1 bus-stop away from each other. Been going up and down... but i'm not losing weight, dunno why!!! I'm so FAT can!

I'm going Dog farm this weekend to see 1 golden retreiver and also can take a look at other puppies.Still cannot decide which dog to buy or even am i really buying a dog? It's been in my wishing list when i'm a kid..i wan to own a house and a dog :D
Hubby & I plan to have baby in 1-2years times, i worry the dog might add on more expenses to us. I dont wish to give away in future so i have to think really careful before purchase. I still have 4 days to think about it :D

The room MONGKOK belong to Hubby & I and the room KOWLOON belong to Mummy and 3rd bedroom is TEMPLE ST. :D

Yesterday we received the LCD 42"TV set which was bought by Hubby's friends...
We love it very much!
It's was a house warming gift by them. Thank you Lyon, Keith, JunJie, James and the others.
Realise the TV console we bought was too small.. should have buy longer piece :D

It been 3weeks of renovation uptodate.

I'm very disappointed in the process till today.
There is so many thing which is not what I expected and I still think the designer didn't advice us all properly.

1st of all.. is the partition in the kitchen, the design told me... " Oh I should have recommence u the other board "
I'm super unhappy when she say this... why say this now when the partition is already done up? can u remove it and change to the one u want to recommence us?

There are still a lot more stuff then this... I'm tired of voicing all out again... It's was a super extremely bad experience with this 2 designers...
1st one not experience 2nd wan take over never see properly on every single detail and give us a whole picture advice. Things done up already what else can we say?!

Everyday I went to site to see the renovation... what will it be like if I only go after the whole renovation is done up? IDK, cannot imagine.

I do see the effort that the designer put in during the meeting with her yesterday but it's somehow too late... cos thing done couldn't be undone.
I just hope and pray that it's can be completed properly.

I AM VERY TIRED!

Expect to step in hse at 9am and need to cook for the whole family.
In the afternoon, i will be inviting my friends over for my birthday celebration and also help to warm up my new house... :D

Everyday went to our new house to discuss on the tiles, window, door... everything lah....
last Saturday is extremely crazy day for us...

10am: meet up with the person to talk about windows, door, toilet, gate... measure and design... and $$$
11am: SP services person came down to open meter and let me sign some documents for PUB.
12pm: Went to buy fridge and washing machine
1pm: Went to bridal shop to fit actual day gown
330pm: Went back to my new house to meet the renovator to select the cabinet color etc...
8pm: Went to buy TV console and drawer...

What a busy day... and it still not all yet... Shack...
Everyday still need to go see the renovation.

Yesterday went to Poh Heng to choose my Si Dian Jin from mother in law...
She let me go choose the design myself... choose freely.. :D

Hubby assist me to pick on the design... he say i choose all so thin and light de...
ask me choose something better de... tiny design so i can wear everyday mah.. hubby ex-colleagues all laughing.. cos i choose for my own use instead choose for wedding day.. hahah..
In the end.. listen to their advice lor... gold price damn ex... $64.50... 30g of gold....

As LV Tivoli Gm is too big for me and the strap is very uncomfortable so i sell it away at the same price i bought it. kekeke... good deal isn't it.

My mother say this design is much better than the Tivoli...
cos this is much lighter and it can be carry in sling.

3 years ago i bought this same design and color before
but it's the one without the strap(limited edition).

I regret selling it away.. but lucky now got the same design and much better version with strap.. 2 in 1 use.. . Love..

First impression of the company is not bad and staff is also patient to settle all my request.
All the renovation schedule has been planned and we have received the plan copy.

After making payment, they told me they make a mistake.. that they cannot start hacking on the 28th, only can hack on the 1st Nov as there will be additional labour cost which they are not aware.
This is the first thing I'm super not happy about.

She still can tell me she know this is unprofessional but hope I can understand.
I'm in a hurry for my house to be ready in time for my wedding.
This time I will just give in and allow them change the date of hacking to 1st NOV but let's see if in the mist of renovation any other issue occur or any delay of renovation.

On 28th oct, the staff resigned and will pass our renovation to another senior staff. Let's see if thing still can goes as plan... It's so risky to let 2 diff ppl handle our renovation as the senior staff is not the one who handle our enquiry from the start. I am so worry that thing will go wrong during the renovation and couldn't complete on schedule. Pray!

The senior staff handling my case now is ZOE... she is efficient and i always able to get my thing i required very fast. That's the good part.. the bad part is that.. there are some cost which the previous staff did not told me about... which i couldnt do anything also but to agree and pay.

Weekend went to difference places to look for modern Altar with Hubby.
Build in Altar will be much nicer but it double the cost therefore it better to look for ready made Altar.
We eyes on one Altar but the color totally doesn't match the living room concept thus will keep looking for others.

Do a search online and there is one furniture shop selling difference design and recommence from forum that they had modern color Altar.
Will go and take a look during this weekend. Went to Ikea and had decide to purchase console and computer table there, when date get nearer then purchase.

Busy planning and estimate our cost for all the furniture, hope we can work within our line and not to exceed our estimated price unless it really something we both really like might just pay a bit more hahhaa...

Up-to-date bought our Queen size bed from King Koil and bought our Sofa from Sea Horse.
Other still pending but we already have idea where to get the rest of the items.. but waiting for year end sales then we buy if by then we abt to move in leh.. then LL just buy loh.. hahaha...

Renovation & Wedding Preparation (1)

Booked our wedding banquet venue since April 2010. We went to collect our wedding invitation cards earlier as we are so busy over our new house renovation and going on pre-honeymoon holiday all in November. We will be very busy over house and wedding from October 2010 to January 2011. Everything will come to an end in 4months time. ENDURE!!! It's was very stressful for me as I need to go around source for the same design and compare prices. I have quite a number of expectation over the design I want and I keep changing this and that, Sunny(Sky Creation) was quite patient with all my requirement and manage to change this and that for me. I had done countless of changing on the items till I also quite paisei. haha. Now just wait till 28th Oct to start renovate.

Hubby will be going down to printing company this weekend to get our cards printed.
Hopefully can start preparing the cards by this month end and send out during December.

Wedding Doll

I was browsing online for wedding doll and came across this blog (http://jullieteo.blogspot.com/). All the dolls are all handmade by Jullie and every single pair was so adorable. I called Hubby to look at the doll he also like it very much, I had ordered my Handmade wedding doll from her. She will customize an individual design for each couple and of course base on our requirement as well. She will use her own inspiration to design and decorate the doll with accessories. The dolls are so sweet and cute right??? I give her plenty of time till January to do my doll so she can really do up a very nice one for me. Shall update again in January on my doll. :D STAY TUNE!!!

Hubby and I have been really busy over our new house.
Finally 3D design of our house is out, simple design yet so costly.
Have been going around looking for lighting design and other accessories as well...

Lighting - Confirmed
Still left quite a bit of other accessories, need to go SIM SIANG CHOON HARDWARE and take a look.(Compare price, being told that it cheaper to buy from them)

Electrical - Still thinking to give which company do, shall decide later.

Renovation work is confirm to start on 28th October at 1pm.
Hopefully, they wont have any issue with the ex-owner, will start hacking the kitchen first for 2days, stop work for 2 days till the Auntie move out completely and on 3rd November officially start hacking the rest of the things. Pray that the renovation work is nicely done and can complete on the deadline I had given to them.

Suppose to travel to HK during 10th Nov - 14th Nov but due to the renovation work, no more annual leave and prepare our wedding invitation card as well. Therefore might be canceling the trip... Air Ticket $$$ gone. Will decide on 1st week of Nov if we still go ahead or cancel the trip.

Mid November going to start ordering some of the furniture and also inform King Koil on the date to deliver our bed which we have ordered 1month ago.

Our expected completion of renovation on 30th November and start cleaning the house for 2days.
Important Furniture all in first and by 5th December cannot step into house already till 08th December officially go in stay!

08th December is our anniversary is also auspicious date to move in. If missed that date the next auspicious date is on my birthday 11th December. So coincident.

I will be arranging for a mini birthday celebration at my new house, inviting a few close friend over for steamboat and of course M A H J O N G Section.

House warming tentatively was fixed on Christmas Day 25th December.

Vampire Diaries Season 2 is out already and i have to wait for every Friday to watch one episode. Drama that you wont want to miss... Intend to re-watch the whole Season 1 again... NICE!

I also watched 钟无艳, it's a new Taiwan drama by 明道.

Next Drama i watching will be Nikita by Maggie Q.

Hypothyroidism And Pregnancy

Hypothyroidism can develop during or after pregnancy. It also can affect a woman's ability to become pregnant.

A woman has a 25% higher risk for developing hypothyroidism after pregnancy if she has diabetes or another autoimmune disorder. A miscarriage may be an indication that antithyroid antibodies were present before pregnancy. These antibodies do not cause the miscarriage, but seem to be a marker for other immune system problems that can lead to pregnancy loss.

How Hypothyroidism Can Affect Pregnancy

Hypothyroidism can affect pregnancy in several ways:

It can cause infertility in women because it can prevent the production of eggs.
A pregnant woman with hypothyroidism is at higher risk for miscarriage.
Women with untreated hypothyroidism near the time of delivery are in danger of developing high blood pressure and premature delivery.
Babies born to women with untreated hypothyroidism may not achieve their full intellectual potential.

Untreated hypothyroidism can cause serious problems for an unborn child, so many experts recommend that all pregnant women be tested for thyroid function during the pregnancy.

Every woman treated with thyroid hormone who anticipates becoming pregnant or is found to be pregnant should have her thyroid hormone levels monitored more closely. Some woman may need to have their dosage of medication increased by as much as 50% during pregnancy. Thyroid medication is safe to take during pregnancy.

A collaboration between a woman's endocrinologist and obstetrician will maximize the chances for a successful pregnancy and delivery and make the mother's postpartum adjustments as easy as possible.

Hypothyroidism Resulting From Pregnancy

One in every 20 women will develop hypothyroidism after pregnancy. This happens because they developed antibodies to their own thyroid prior to the pregnancy, and this caused an inflammation of the thyroid after delivery. This condition most often develops between four months to a year after delivery and usually resolves on its own. If it is long lasting or permanent, it is easily treated with medication.

The staffs want me to choose more, i think they had hard time designing our album for some pages.. as the photo story some are not link... that's what i think lah.. I maybe wrong.

Last Friday received call from Singtel, my Iphone4 is here... :D
Went over to get it after work and waited for 2hrs before my turn... Hubby came to look for me after work.
I randomly asked the staff if I can buy another Iphone4 even I only booked for 1? He say he check for me... by right is cannot de.. but by left he say he help me get 1 more.
Hubby was shock and ask me why need to buy another Iphone4. haaa

Bought it as Hubby birthday present. :D
August, Hubby birthday Month....
Initially we intend to plan for JB trip with the group but end up Hubby couldn't get leave.
Probably will be going to some club or pub to drink ba...

Went dinner & shopping with my dear girl yesterday, total damage of $400 on clothes. 4 Tops 2 Skirts 1 pant for myself and another Shirt for Hubby.
Been very long I shop outside for office wear, really one quality for one price. I love them all :D

This month have to spend wisely leh, CC bill is coming tomorrow.. need to settle bills again... I hate to see BILLS.

There are lots of friend asking me, how's my marriage life?

Well, i'm quite enjoying the life... I had the world best husband that take care about my everything.
He had been so patient with me all this while, swallowing all my crap and nonsense. :)
Pamper me like a princess, doesn't fail to hold me in his arm tightly, kiss me good night and tap me to sleep everyday.
I feel so blessed to have him in my life.

At times, I do feel guilty to make him accompany me till late night and watch me play Mahjong with my girls.
As what we compromise, things will get better when our house is here.

Everyone have their part of stories, definitely there will be a special someone in everyone life it's either you notice it earlier or you lose it.
Dont be dishearten if he/she hasn't appear in your life, its just the matter of time, the special someone is worth waiting for.

Exercises for the neck are very important. If done correctly they can increase your range of motion, mobility and strengthen the cervical spine. As you increase the mobility in your neck, you will notice greater range of motion and movement with less stiffness. Why should you even bother with neck exercises, you may ask? Here are some reasons why you should do neck exercises:

Exercises to Strengthen the Neck

1) Stretching and Increasing Mobility
Below you will find stretching exercises specifically for the neck. If you suffer from a stiff neck or a pinched nerve in the neck, these exercises with give you pain relief. These are good stretches for you neck and will help you keep your neck flexible and mobile. Keep in mind that if you are having neck pain due to a cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in the neck), do these exercises under the guidance of your Dr, your trainer or physical therapist.

More pain and neck stiffness means you will have do these exercises slowly and only to the point that you can feel the stretch- you never want to do them to the point of pain. This is especially important if you suffer with neck arthritis or degeneration in the cervical spine. Keeping the joints moving and flexible is very important for patients with arthritis in the neck. The goal of these neck stretches is to:

Stretch the Neck Muscles

Improve flexibility

Restore the full range of motion in the neck

Maintain Mobility for patients who have arthritis of degeneration of the cervical spine

Increase range of motion in the neck.

Decrease neck stiffness

Decrease neck pain and inflammation

Be able to carry out your activities of daily living without a stiff neck, or neck pain- for example- we want you to be able to check your blind spot with out neck pain while driving

Prevent neck pain and upper back pain at the end of the day when you work on the computer all day

In the cervical spine, we are looking to increase range of motion in

Flexion (bringing your head and neck forward)

Extension (bringing your head and neck back- looking up the ceiling)

Lateral Flexion (right ear to the right shoulder, same on the left)

Rotation (turning your head and neck from side to side)

*** Always make sure you breathe while doing neck stretches. This is very important as it will help you to relax the neck muscles while taking them through the normal neck range of motion.

The first neck exercise is called Cervical Flexion (bringing your chin to your chest) and Cervical Extension (looking up to the ceiling). You want to start by tucking your chin in and gently bringing your head foward and attempting to touch the chin to the chest. Next, gently bend the head backwards as far as it will go. Repeat this exercise 5 times. Forward head flexion is great for those patients who suffer from hypertonic cervical parapinals- which is essentially pain in the back of the neck.

The next neck exercise is called Lateral Flexion. Bring your right ear to your right shoulder as far as you are able to. Do not rotate or turn your head when you are doing this neck stretch. Then bring your left ear to the left shoulder. Repeat this for 5 times

Next part of the program is called Rotation of the Cervical Spine. In this exercise you want to turn your head to the right as far as you possibly can, trying to bring your chin over your shoulders. When you are doing this neck exercise, do not bring up your shoulders. Hold this position for 3 to 5 seconds. Next do this on the left side of the neck and repeat for 5 times.

For the last part of the neck stretching exercise you want to stand with you feet shoulder width apart and place your hands behind your head. Bend from side to side, making sure to bend only with the upper back area and not with the waist or hips. Try to reach the upper elbow to the celing. Hold each movement for 3-5 seconds. Now do the same thing with the left side.

Standing with your feet apart shoulder length, clasp your hands behind your back, and pull downward toward the floor with your hands. Take a deep breath in and stand on your toes and look at the ceiling while exerting the downward pull. Hold this stance for 3-5 seconds, then exhale slowly. Relax and repeat 5 times.

Remember neck stretches should always be peformed in a slow and smooth fashion. Especially for those patients who suffer from acute neck pain due to a stiff neck, pinched nerve in the neck, cervical radiculopathy or other severe pain- make sure you do the motions slowly. If anytime you feel neck pain or a "twinge" in the neck, stop doing that exercise immediately. Speak to your Dr about a modified exercise that you can do because of specific neck pain. This home neck exercise program is safe to do at home, but always consult with your treating Dr to make sure that you are in the best health possible to do your own exercises at home without supervision. Finally, remember to breathe and relax while doing the neck stretches.

2) Strengthening the Neck Muscles

Next we want to discuss a system of exercises that will strengthen the neck muscles. These neck exercises will help to make your neck stronger. This includes your cervical paraspinal muscles, and subocciptial muscles. These exercises are called Isometric exercises. Isometric exercise is a type of exercise involving the static contraction of a muscle without any visible movement in the angle of the joint. In simple terms this means that in these exercises the length of the muscle does not change. As you continue to do these strengthening exercises for the cervical spine you will gain strength in your neck. Over time you should be able to increase the force and number of times you are able to perform the exercises.

Press your palms against your forehead and push against each other, resisting motion. Hold this position for 5 seconds and repeat this exercise 3 times.

With this next cervical strengthening exercise place your hand against the side of your head. Try to bring to your ear to your shoulder, resisting the motion. Repeat this exercise on the other side. Hold each position for 5 seconds and when finished relax slowly.

Cup both hands against the back of your head. Attempt to push your head back, resisting the motion. Hold this position for 5 seconds, and when finished relax slowly.

In the final cervical strengthening exercise, put your right hand against the right temple. Attempt to turn your chin to your right shoulder, resisting the motion. Repeat this on the left side. Hold for 5 seconds, then relax slowly. Do this neck exercise 3 times.

Doing neck exercises that will make your neck muscles stronger can make you less likely to suffer a cervical sprain/strain. When muscles are weak, we are more prone to injury from everyday activities. Doing strenthening neck exercises will make your neck muscles stronger, will make your neck look healthier and improve athletic performance. These exercises if done correctly can prevent arthritis in the neck and degeneration in the neck joints from progressing. Even if you don't suffer from neck pain, then you will still benefit from the strengthening neck exercises. Finally, there are other products that you can use to strengthen the neck muscles, specifically neck traction with such products as the Cervical traction Pillow and the Pronex Pneumatic Traction Unit.

Don't run out to your local CVS to find out about the "CVS Syndrome". It stands for computer vision syndrome. If you are reading my blog today, are a chronic texter, or use the computer often, chances are you have experienced this at some point.

What is the CVS Syndrome? It's a new term that eye care professionals are using to explain eye strain symptoms that are common among office workers and computer users. CVS is a temporary condition that comes from focusing on a computer screen for long, uninterrupted periods. Symptoms include

headaches
blurry vision
neck pain
tiredness
dryness or irritation in the eyes
difficulty focusing

The American Optometric Association found that 45 percent of Americans feel neck or back pain after prolonged use of a computer or cell phone according to a recent survey

Who Does this Affect? More than 70 percent of those who report CVS symptoms wear eyeglasses or contact lenses. Constant sufferers should get their eyes checked to see if they need a new prescription. Eyeglass wearers should be sure the center of each lens is directly in front of the eyes. Contact lens wearers need to remember to blink often.

What are the Risks of CVS Syndrome? No permanent eye damage has been connected to CVS, but the pain and discomfort can affect work performance and home life.

How does one avoid Computer Vision Syndrome ?

Decrease the bright light around the computer
Position the computer monitor so that windows are to the side, not in front or back.
Make sure the contrast between the screen background and characters is high (black text on white background is best).
Text size should be three times the smallest size you can read
Look away from your screen every 20 minutes and gaze at a distant object to relax your eyes' focusing muscles
Get up and move around, do some simple neck stretches
Computer ergonomics are very important, check your desk and chair height. Check your monitor distance and angle.

Yesterday went for Wedding photo shoot which suppose to be on 30th July.. postpone till yesterday due to the gown i want only available on that date.

It's was a happy, enjoyable but tired one... hahaa... we suppose to have night shoot as well.. but... Hubby and I are too tired to carry on... the weather is very very HOT.

My Auntie hair... hahaa...

As mention earlier post... went for my HDB 1st appointment.
The auntie which is the owrs want to extend another 1 more month but i rejected.
strongly reject... i cant wait so long... 2nd appointment is on 7th of September.
By right is 7th Sept take key by left is 1st November. So sad.. so regret of extending.

Asked Geomancers to see our new house, the 1st geomancer say not very good so i kinda worry and ask another geomancer see... both say the same things... hmmm...
hope by using the way they advice can help us much. Pray!

MY BUSY SCHEDULE

大家早上好! 又是新的一天, 我好期待下星期一的到来!
我会和老公一起去婚纱店选婚纱. 星期二要去建屋局办手续. 然后看屋子的风水．

Good Morning!!! It's a start of a brand new day ya.
Make quite a number of decision this week.
The very first time I am looking forward to Monday(26th)... I am going over to the bridal shop to select my gown for bridal shoot.
Our shoot had fixed on the 30th, pray that it wont rain on that day.

Our wedding is bring forward from June 2011 to Jan 2011 instead due to next year is Rabbit year and it crash with Hubby zodiac signs.
It's not a good year for marriage so we only can do it during Jan 2011 which in Chinese calendar is still consider Tiger year.
The hotel still have the date available thus we be able to change it. LUCKY!!! 6 More months to our Big DAY!

Previously intend to go HK for our wedding shoot but the bridal shop couldn't handle our request as they need 4months preparation for our wedding photos.
We had previously booked our flight to HK during November hence we will go ahead as holiday instead.

Next BIG thing is our house.
Next Tuesday is our first appointment, which we need to pay BIG sum of $$$. But still happy as we be able to know when we able to receive our house key.
We have to talk to the ex-owner that we only able to extend her 1month instead of 2months. She make me sign the 2months extension when we pay her the deposit, will try to talk to her to change it to 1month instead as we are rushing to have our house renovation done up by December. I wanted to marry out from the house instead of my aunt house or hotel. Some people say is not good to marry out from that house and then return back to the house to stay but I had checked with my Geomancer, he say is fine. I am going ahead with the plans.

The Geomancer will be going to see my new house FengShui next Tuesday as well.
Hope the direction is good, the house is good.

The Interior Design coordinator is coming also to measure and discuss about the the house design with us.
After that we will go to tiles shop and do some selections and back to their shop to select laminate colors for our carpentry works
and lastly our house painting colors.

Next week will be a Busy week!!! Need plenty of rest this week. Wish me Good Luck and things goes smoothly in everything.

This month end is our lady boss birthday many companies is buying her lunch and dinner, our dept is invited as well for some of the lunch and dinner.

Lunch with Melvyn @ China Club located at Capital Tower LVL 52, the food is super yummy, the sea view is very nice as well.
We will be going there for dinner on next Friday with another shipping company as well.
We are treating her for dinner on next Thursday still cracking head where should we bring her.
There will be a surprise cake for her on her actual birthday on 26th July and flowers from the guys. SO SWEET RIGHT !

* Our dept always have feast lunch and dinner * SHIOK!

There is missing of 2 dishes which is the scallops and noodles, looks too yummy that I forgot to take photos. hahaha.

The below photo was taken during lunch today, (Korean Restaurant) our lady boss treat our Vietnam office representative and our dept.
We are so full.... I ate pork set + 2bowls of Kimchi + pan cake... SHIOK!!!
NOW BACK TO WORK. Waiting for our coffee being deliver to the office, lady boss treat.

A busy Saturday

Weekend pass with just a blink.
Last weekend was really busy for me.
Wake up at 7am with Hubby and took a cab down to find my mother then proceed to the bank to settle HDB stuff.
Early in the morning... not much shops was opened, we went Bugis to pray after that to OG to view the Bed. Love the brand "Simmon" but EX.
We should be settle with Dunlopillo.

We cab to the Interior design company as we had appointment with them to discuss on other stuff.
Confirmed their renovation package which cost 28K+..... so so so expensive...... will decide whether to cancel some of the items in the later stage.
Deposit was given for the package and of cos viewing of the unit to discuss further during this month end together with the Geomancer.

After that we went to their another shop which is just opps to see the lighting, hood & hod, Basin, Rain shower, toilet bowl, toilet accessories etc. which cost us 4K+,
negotiating on the price and they give us some discount to 3.7K still pretty ex... I asked for more discount and ask them to agree at 3.5k lah... hahaha finally they agree at 3.5k but must pay in cash.

One day confirm on so many things which cost a BOMB!!! Having a house isn't that easy... REALLY!
Furniture will settle when the renovation start which still have few months time, for the next few months will be busy discuss on the color, quality and design etc. so tired.

Wake up too early already and discussed 4hrs + on the renovation.... We cab home to rest after that... Yawn... took a nap before meeting my dear girl(zylia).
Her birthday celebration which prepare by US when she is away at London. Surprise for her.

It's time for a facial session.

It's Wednesday, 2 more days away from weekend. I LOVE WEEKENDS!
My mind cant stop thinking about everything.

1) when can I receive my house key
2) when can I start my house renovation
3) when can my house renovation completed
4) can I move in before my birthday (most probably cannot)
5) can I move in before Chinese new year which fall on early February
6) what furniture I should get... etc...

After house stuff... I am going to start thinking about

1) when can I convent Hubby not to have wedding dinner
2) if have wedding dinner.... there are even more stuff for me to think about.

Then Baby planning....

These are all part and partial of life, isn't it. :D

It's so tiring being a human.... Alot of effort and hard work.
I'm going to pamper myself tonight... facial !!!
when is the last time I been to facial? half a year or more?
Every 2weeks the beauty salon will call me and ask when I going down for facial... My facial package like forever cant finish.

It's time to let my tired skin to relax.
By the way, my facial package includes of hand and foot massage, damn SHIOK.

30mins more to knock off... should have a light meal before facial otherwise 2hrs of facial I will be starving like HELL.

Jerdine asked me go Casino with them.. End up i slack at home watch drama.
In the evening... I start to prepare myself to meet Hubby.. Didnt have plans.. but i dress up nicely and wanted to go out late.. Shi Hao say go PuB 1819 to drink...

Buying Branded good over at Paris is cheap and right now Euro currency went down as well.. is so much cheaper compare to Singapore.

I asked her to help me buy the bag below. :D

Lately been busy over renovation, don't seem to get enough rest even though I slp early.
Haven't been mj for week too~

Seriously need to take a break and relax myself. Work doesn't goes well for me this week... A really bad want which I never experience before in my entitle life. Encouragement is calling me to keep cool... Endurance! It's a part and partial of work life. Anyway, it's suck feeling :( overcome it real soon.

Health not very good lately as well. Probably due to stress over all the stuff and cause my thyroid became worst. Terrible 4ulcers in my mouth. Ouch~~~ keep having headache too.. Too much panadol in my body.

Hubby and I engaged a fengshui master to see our house in time to come. We will be seeing the master for our bazi first in another 2weeks time. Seriously need to ask abt my health and career. Lucky I got a wonderful Hubby to take care of me.

Hdb 1st appointment still have 27days, so long! Everything got to wait wait wait!

The past few week was a nightmare for me... everything i do just not right...
Forfeited 1K due to canceling the BTO Havelock Road which previously confirmed with HDB and another 1K due to giving up the Whampoa Resale unit... The Agent SUCK!

2k just fly away.. just like that!!!!

Anyway finally i got a more ideal unit at Kim Tian, Hubby is happy to have our 1st home around this area as he grew up around there. Quite alot of Renovation needed... intend to postpone our wedding photo shoot and wedding banquet to renovate our house very nicely....

5K deposit was given to the owner and was exercised.. the agent went to HDB to submit the application today, our 1st appointment date should be around 30th JULY. :D Roughly Sept can receive our house key already but we extended the stay of the owner for 2months so that she have time to look for new flat. Plus Minus should be NOV take key and renovate to be done around December. It gonna be very busy for us ... go around and ask for renovation quotation and design...

Very excited, how would our lovely home look like? :D

OH... BTW!!!!!! Last Sunday we put 1K deposit for this house... and evening we buy 4D of our house door number and it strike 3rd Prize... 1st time buy and it strike... This house is giving us good luck isnt it? :D

Everyone have a family.... U have I have... ! Why my family is forcing me to a dead end.
I am human.... i am not superwomen that can resolve every issue created by them.
This few days was hard on Hubby as well... I am so sorry to bring you into this picture.
I am trying to help my mother and yet it turn out to be our fault.

I really did my best to resolve the issue they created.
I really really put in effort... Looking for resale flat every day and sleep real late just to search for more unit available online.... so many days of hard work and finally get to book a resale unit... 1k deposit was already given to agent.. sign on the document and just waiting for my renew HLE as it expired. I dont deserve this kind of treatment REALLY. Hubby and I already got our dream home which is very good location at Havelock View... We give it up just because you need my help, hubby also agree to help you... out of goodwill we cause ourselves in a mess.

Lucky i have not write in to HDB to cancel the havelock unit. Thanks GOD!!!

我很怕针所以没炎。
今天我做了一个好糊涂的事，看医生的时间是10am但是我一直以为是12pm。。。我1030am看我的信吓了一下。。。冲忙的换衣服。。。到了医院以是11am 了，还好医院好近哦。

今天医生说我很好，回去吃药五个月后在来看她。

好希望不用在来看她了哦！！！

Let’s look at some specific words and phrases that are used by some people to buy time, avoid giving answers and escape commitment. If you use these words and phrases yourself, take a scalpel and cut them out of your thinking, speaking and writing. Words like these only weaken you and make you sound noncommittal, undependable and untrustworthy.

“Try”
Try is a weasel word. “Well, I’ll try,” some people say. It’s a cop-out. They’re just giving you lip service when they probably have no real intention of doing what you ask. Remember what Yoda says to Luke Skywalker in Star Wars: “Do or do not–there is no try.” Take Yoda’s advice. Give it your all when you attempt something. And if it doesn’t work, start over.

Put passion into your work and give it your best effort, so you can know that you did all you could to make it happen. So if the outcome you were expecting didn’t come to fruition, it’s not because you didn’t do everything you could to make it happen. It just wasn’t the right time for it or it wasn’t meant to be.

“Whatever”
This word is a trusted favourite of people who want to dismiss you, diminish what you say or get rid of you quickly. “Whatever,” they will say as an all-purpose response to your earnest request. It’s an insult and a verbal slap in the face. It’s a way to respond to a person without actually responding. When you say whatever after another person has said his or her piece, you have essentially put up a wall between the two of you and halted any progress in communicating. It’s a word to avoid.

“Maybe” and “I don’t know”
People will sometimes avoid making a decision and hide behind words and phrases like “maybe” and “I don’t know.” There’s a difference between legitimately not knowing something and using words like these as excuses. Sometimes, during a confrontation, people will claim not to know something or offer the noncommittal response “maybe,” just to avoid being put on the spot. If that seems to be the case, ask, “When do you think you will know?” or “How can you find out?” Don’t let the person off the hook so easily.

“I’ll get back to you”
When people need to buy time or avoid revealing a project’s status, they will say, “I’ll get back to you,” and they usually never do. If people say they will get back to you, always clarify. Ask them when they will get back to you, and make sure they specify the day and time. If they don’t, then pin them down to a day and time and hold them to it. If they won’t give you a day or time, tell them you’ll call in a day or week and follow up. Make sure you call and get the information you need.

“If”
Projects depend on everyone doing his or her part. People who use if are usually playing the blame game and betting against themselves. They like to set conditions, rather than assuming a successful outcome. People who rely on conditional responses are fortifying themselves against potential failure. They will say, “If Bob finishes his part, then I can do my part.” They’re laying the groundwork for a “no fault” excuse and for not finishing their work.

There are always alternatives, other routes and ways to get the job done. Excuse makers usually have the energy of a slug, the vision of Mr. Magoo and the spine of a jellyfish. You don’t want them on your mountain climbing team up K-2 or Mount Everest.

“Yes, but …”
This is another excuse. You might give your team members suggestions or solutions and they come back to you with “Yes, but . . .” as a response. They don’t really want answers, help, or solutions. You need to call the “Yes, but . . .” people out on their avoidance tactic by saying something like: “You know, Jackie, every time I offer you a suggestion you say, ‘Yes, but . . . ,” which makes me think you don’t really want to solve this problem. That’s not going to work. If you want to play the victim, go right ahead, but I’m not going to allow you to keep this up and I may have to report you.” After a response like that, you can be assured that the next words you hear will not be, “Yes, but . . .”!

“I guess …”
This is usually said in a weak, soft-spoken, shoulder-shrugging manner. It’s another attempt to shirk responsibility–a phrase is only muttered when people half agree with you, but want to leave enough leeway to say, “Well, I didn’t really know. . . . I was only guessing.” If you use this phrase, cut it out of your vocabulary.

“We’ll see”
How many times did we hear our parents say this? We knew they were buying time, avoiding a fight or confrontation or really saying no. It’s better to be decisive and honest by saying, “I need more information. Please present your case or send me the data–both pro and con–so I can make an informed decision.” That way the interested parties will contribute to an in-depth, well-researched “verdict.”

The traffic was unusual jam, everyone at the bus stop is discussing that there is accident a head! Finally after a few traffic light jam we manage to on board the bus. Again jam with the traffic for numbers of traffic light. Finally saw what's happening. The big tree break into half and hit onto a van????omg it very serious!!! The traffic was very badly blocked and can't even move when the tree is still there. Some photo to share.

Every morning is about waking up for work! The mood alway don't feel good, so lazy! My little hamster brighten up my day. They are so cute and lovely, isn't it?

Was having mahjong with Zylia, Jerdine and Edwin over at my place. I win abit and expected Zylia win too. The weather in the noon is so bloody hot, all of us sweat like dunno wat. I will make sure I have air con in my living room for my new home!

My dad was so nice, he cooked noodles for us to eat and boil herbal! I miss his dishes!

Right after mj, went to hubby's cousin wedding at one degree sentosa. Congrat Michael & Mavis !

The first feel is good, very classic but the food i got nothing better to say about it. Anyway Hossan leong was Mavis another side cousin, he sing and have a entertaining section with the guest. So funny! Chappy!
Every guest was entertained by him.

After dinner, Hubby went home to cook maggies as he is still so hungry. :) poor baby!

Sunday is mother day!!!
HAPPY MOTHER DAY!!

Went to Japanese restaurant to celebrate mothers day with Hubby family. The food was really good and really ex hahAha. 640pm Hubby auto ask me open my live 4d result, when it come to the 3rd prize, I was so happy. I strike for my very first time in life! It's ibet la, win $60 but still happy !

On the following Wednesday 4d I strike the same number again, yes it's ibet again with a winning of $100. I am feeling lucky, 2 win in a week... Will the luck follow me on toto hahaha!!! Ok I know I am day dreaming :)

Our Wedding Planning

We start planning on our wedding....
Spend quite sometime to search for a suitable venue for everyone convenient.
There is still a few meet up with the diff hotels before we finalize the one.
Shortlisted a few hotel and have the choice in mind already
but still wanna see what other hotels offer.

My Aunt(Gugu) will be selecting the auspicious dates for us and will confirm with the hotel on the dates whether is it available. :D

We had booked bridal package last month already and will be having our wedding shoot at HongKong during March 2011, will be going on their Yacht.

Almost all the important is being settled or settling soon... the rest will only need to settle when the dates getting nearer.

We still have 1 Year more... plenty of time to prepare.
While planning all this... i am also looking at Interior Design work for idea of our new home.

Bangkok & Night Safari

Bangkok With Hubby!
This is my 2nd time to Bangkok shopping!!
Early morning 7am flight. so gonna reach airport about 6am.

We went to have breakfast at the airport and went to Gucci Boutique.
Hubby getting his Gucci wallet. :D

He say he want to pamper himself more. hahaha...
After paying the wallet... the airport staff announced our names... OMG we forget about our boarding time still shopping happily.. When enter the plane, everyone was looking at us... so paisei.

He is so tired and fall asleep... i am so bored can.
Cam whoring and play FF 2 via Iphone.

Our Flight reached 15mins before schedule. Check in to the hotel, Baiyoke Boutique.
After unpack our clothes and rest awhile in the hotel and went to have lunch and start shopping.

Poor Hubby have to carry so much bags of clothes. We went back hotel to put all the stuff as it's too heavy already and went shopping again..

The weather there is killing.. it their summer right now.. the hottest time.
Hubby ask me..... why never rain at all for this few days... hahaha... :D
We went for swimming as it provided by the hotel. Spend one of the evening relaxing.

My colleague reached 2days later then me.
We meet up for dinner, i bring them to this Seafood Buffet which only cost 108baht !!!
It about $4.50 Sin dollar excluding drinks. Damn freaking cheap right.

I look super auntie with my hair so messy.

We bought too much things already 2 luggage is all full and we still have plenty of things... went to buy one more luggage and keep squeezing. We went home one day earlier from our schedule as we have finished the shopping and see their news, the situation is getting very bad.

Those people who are afraid that airport will close due to protest, not to worry as there is army road block near the airport to prevent the yellow shirt for entering the airport. :D

We enjoyed our trip very much.

Came back from Bangkok on Friday, one day ahead from our plans.
Jetstar let us change earlier flight without any charges as the situation is getting bad to worst.
So... Saturday we have free time... bring the kids out to the ZOO.

The moment we reach AngMoKio... it's start to rain... No more ZOO...

Meet my mummy there to pass her monthly allowance.
It's still raining very heavily...
we bring them to the Arcade to play games which spend us about $20.
Brought them to the MAC for lunch.
Both of them start to feel sleepy as we still have 2 more hours to Night Safari.
We changed Zoo to Night Safari instead because of the rain.

Total $108....

Wondering how much our parents spend to let us enjoy during our childhood days.
The above is only for one location and it only one day...
They really spend a lot of money to bring us to place like ZOO, BirdPark, Sentosa, Science Centre... ETC.

The Bat hit the ceiling fan and fall to the floor.

It's so tiring to take care of the kids.
Need to pay full attention to them as they will keep running about and just gone missing in secs.
Really cannot imagine... next time i got to take care of my own kids everyday... OMG!!!

他和她結婚整整10年了，夫妻間已經沒有任何衝動與情趣，

他越來越覺得自己對她幾乎就是一種程式與義務，

他開始厭煩起了她，尤其是單位新調進了一個年輕活潑的女孩，

對他發起了瘋狂的進攻，他突然覺得她是自己的第二春，經過再三考慮，

他決定和她離婚。她似乎也麻木了，很平靜地答應了他，

兩個人一起走進了民政部門。

手續辦得很順利，出門後，兩個人已經是各自獨立的自由人了，

不知為什麼，他心裏突然有種空落落的感覺，他看了看她：

“天已經晚了，一起去吃點飯吧。”

她看了看他：“好吧，聽說新開了一家‘離婚酒店’，

專門執行離婚夫婦的最後一頓晚餐，要不咱們到那兒去看看。”

他點了點頭，兩人一前一後默默地走進了離婚酒店。

“先生女士晚上好。”二人在包廂剛坐下，服務小姐便走了進來，

“請問兩位想吃點兒什麼？”

他看了看她：“你點吧。”

她搖了搖頭：“我不常出來，不太清楚這些，還是你點吧。”

“對不起先生女士，我們離婚酒店有個規矩，這頓飯必

須要由女士點先生平時最愛吃的菜，由先生點女士平時最愛吃的菜，

這叫‘最後的記憶’。”

“那好吧，”她理了理頭髮，“清蒸魚、溜蘑菇、拌木耳，

記住，都不要放蔥薑蒜，我先生……這位先生他不吃這些。”

“先生呢？”服務小姐看了看他。

他愣住了。結婚10年，他真的不知道老婆喜歡吃什麼。他張著嘴，

尷尬地愣在了那兒。

“就這些吧，其實這是我們兩個人都愛吃的。”她連忙打起了圓場。

服務小姐笑了笑：“說實話，到我們離婚酒店來吃這最後一頓晚餐，

所有的先生和女士其實都吃不下去什麼，所以這‘最後的記憶’

咱們還是不要吃了吧。就喝我們酒店特意為所有離婚人士準備的

晚餐——冷飲吧，這也是所有來的人都不拒絕的選擇。”

她與她都點了點頭：“那就來冷飲吧。”

很快，服務小姐送來了兩份冷飲，兩份飲料中一份淡藍一片，

全是冰渣；一份滿杯紅潤，冒著熱氣。

“這份晚餐名叫‘一半是火焰，一半是海水’，兩位慢用。”

服務小姐介紹完退了下去。

包房裏靜悄悄的，兩個人相對而坐，一時竟不知道該說什麼好。

“篤篤篤！”輕輕一陣敲門聲，服務小姐走了近來，托盤裏托著

一枝鮮豔的紅玫瑰：“先生，還記得您第一次給這位女士送花的情景嗎？

現在一切都結束了，夫妻不成就當朋友，朋友要好聚好散，

最後為女士送朵玫瑰吧。”

她渾身一抖，眼前又浮現出了10年前他給她送花的情景，那時，

他們剛剛來到這座舉目無親的省城，什麼都沒有，一切從零開始。

白天，他們四處找工作，

努力拼搏；晚上，為了增加收入，她去晚市出小攤，他去給人家刷盤子。很晚很晚，

他們才一起回到租住在地下室裏那不足10平米的小屋。日子很苦，可他們卻很幸福。

“啪！”突然，燈熄了，整個包房裏漆黑一片，外面警鈴大作，

一股煙味兒飄了進來。

“怎麼了？”兩個人急忙站了起來。

“店起火了，大家馬上從安全通道走！快！”外面，有人聲嘶力竭地喊了起來。

“老公！”她一下撲進了他的懷裏，“我怕！”

“別怕！”他緊緊摟住她，“親愛的，有我呢。走，往外衝！”

包廂外面燈光通明，秩序井然，什麼都沒有發生。

服務小姐走了過來：“對不起，先生女士，讓兩位受驚了。

酒店並沒有失火，煙味兒也是特意往包房裏放的一點點，

這是我們的第四道菜，名叫‘內心的選擇’。請回包廂。”

他和她回到了包廂，燈光依舊。他一把拉她：“親愛的，

服務小姐說得對，剛才那才是你我內心真正的選擇。其實，

我們誰都離不開誰，明天咱們重新結婚吧？”

她咬了咬嘴唇：“你願意嗎？”

“我願意，我現在什麼都明白了，明天一早咱就去辦結婚。

小姐，買單。”他說著喊了起來。

服務小姐走了近來，遞給兩人一人一張精緻的紅色清單：

“先生女士好，這是兩位的帳單，也是本酒店的最後一道贈品，

名叫‘永遠的帳單’，請兩位永遠保存吧。"

他看著帳單，眼淚淌了下來。

“你怎麼了？”她連忙問道。

他把帳單遞給了她：“親愛的，我錯了，我對不起你。”

她打開帳單一看，只見上面寫著：

Candida last day, we went to China Square for dinner and chit chat till 9:30pm.
She is going Bangkok as well, just one day later then me. We planned to meet somewhere and go shopping together. But now Bangkok is in a mess.

Pretty upset for them. According to the Thai Forum
MRTsubway fully in operation, all stations; exit to Lumpini Park at Silom Station closed.
Open today: Central Chidlom (10-7pm). Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Siam Discovery (from 10am - closing time to be announced).
Closed today - CentralWorld shopping mall & Zen.

Pray that thing get better by next Monday.
If not i got to postpone my trip which is on Tuesday. HIKS!

The 4 of us!

Went home rest after dinner. Mahjong-ing at ap hse.
Early morning.., went to HDB Hub to settle AHG document. The counter staff is very nice, went to get my whole file and make sure i wont need to come down again.

Went to Tampines Mall to get lunch for myself and Jerdine.
Ap went to buy hair dye, the whole room is the chemical smell!!!

She leave the hair to absorb the chemical and we played Mahjong.
After 2hrs, i wash her hair for her.. so funny!

A relax Sunday. Went Tiong bahru Plaza to get the JuJu facial product.
The facial wash and whitening toner is very good but the moisture gel is sticky..
The product leave your skin very soft and smooth.
You can try it, it could be purchase from Watson!
Cheap & Good.

On board vessel

On board our charter vessel. MV Kang Cheng, she is here in Singapore for Bunkering.
We take this chance to visit the vessel and understand more on the operation.

It's was quite scary when we going up the vessel from the boat as the sea is rough.

They are my colleagues!

The chief officer bring us around and explain how thing works.
They are from China, their Chinese is so so chim.
I cant really understand them actually.

The sky is so nice with a small airplane!

It's getting cloudy when we alighting the vessel... another heart attack from vessel to boat.
My colleague legs is shivering very badly...

Back to the harbour and went to the stall to get myself a Kit kat ice cream... hahaha...

Went Hm after work to bathe and go out and meet Hubby and Shawn at city hall for dinner.

SHOKUDO!!! Great Japanese food they have there.

Hubby and I go order our food seprately. I ordered first then he order. But in the end, we order the same food. Lol curry chicken. The side dish hubby ordered. He finish all by himself. Power!!!

I have been busy with work recently. After work always feel very tired and dont want to go anywhere except HOME SWEET HOME. Hubby alway ask me for movie after work but i alway reject him cause i am tired and wanted to rest at home but we do watch movie by online streaming at hm. It helps us to save money as well. :D

I am so excited on the Bangkok trip with Hubby. The first time we are going holiday together.(malaysia is not to count) :D
I am counting down!!! 2 more weeks.....

Work.
Rotterdam office had requested a switch of treasury staff for one month to see how diff each country works and try to compromise a easier way.
Yohan was send over to our office for one month and this one month, we bring him to different places to try our singapore food. Of cos around our office area!
Can you imagine, in Rotterdam everyone eating sandwishes for breakfast and lunch!!! OMG !!! EVERYDAY !!! those who hate bread / sandwishes like me... i dont think i coud live there for even 1 day. Everyone Laughed, and if there is chances i be there... my colleague ask me to bring Instant Noodles, not enuff they courier over for me... So sweet of them hor... lolx.

We bring him to Maxwell Road to try our hainanese chicken rice.
Every single day, he will take a picture of the food he tried.
And his favorite here in Singapore is "Ice Kachang".

We bring him to try the Vietnam food, Korean food, Japanese Food, etc... and of cos Local Food.

During his last day, we(colleagues) bring him for dinner under company account and after that watch 3D movies " Clash Of The Titans ".
He is so tall about 1.9+m cant remember the height he told us. We sitting at the last 2nd roll, probably the person behind him will HATE him.. hahaa...

Some random day... went to have dinner(Din Tai Fung) with Hubby at Ochard 313.
Din Tai Fung is Hubby and my favorite Dim sum resturant. Yummy and we are loving it.

After dinner, we were doing some shopping....

Hmm... Z's called and we are all going Ratchada to see Dawn dancing.

Bought breakfast for her and meet her at the salon. Dye my hair, treatment plus cut only $149.90 quite worth it.

And she is doing treatment and cut, look at her hair and expression.. hahaha

She is done with her hair and while waiting for me...
she pull out the "TONG" from the side drawer and start to tong her hair curl.
She is so mischievous, after tong her hair... she pull out the straightener and start straightening her curl hair... so funny.. I help her do her hair... hahaha 海派甜心,香菇头. Classic!!!
And both of us are late for Mahjong, poor Jerdine waited 1hr for us. :D

After Mahjong, went to Chinatown to meet Hubby for Steamboat buffet.
Initially wanted to go Alter Ego for gaming but having bad headache so went home rest instead.

Woke up at 12pm doing nothing...
Though of going to see my future home.. When i walk to the bus stop it start to rain..
But not those rain like cat and dogs la.. :D lucky i wear my cap out.

Went to the nearby block to take photos of the current progress.
It was quite fast... a few units already have the window fixed.
My block progress is a bit slow only build till 27 level.. the highest block already 29 level.

Please build as fast as possible ok.. :D
Cant wait to renovate the house and move in to stay..

what's happening during the past few days?

Last friday went over to Amanda house for MJ till morning..
Hubby got to work during the weekend so stay home to clean up our room abit.
Went for Movie " Happy Go Lucky " and " Being Human " very funny comedy.

Slightly update about my life.

I am feeling stress over my work life. Not the duties make me stress actually, is the person who put pressure on me.
Make me start to wonder am i suitable for the job. I start to doubt my ability.
Sometime when they asked me to do something, i done on time and for their checking, once approved i will go ahead and process.
BUT in the end….. What they approved are wrong.. Blame is on me again. How can i know the process when i am new with the thing I am doing.
But of cos... i swallow it down and bear with it.

Everyday i will read up some article on shipping and gain more knowledge.

Hope that i can go through my probation smoothly.

NOT EXPECTING ANYTHING NOW. JUST PRAY THAT THING GOES WELL AND SMOOTHLY FOR ME.

My Dream Wedding

Today Hubby off day.. he came to my office building to find me and we head to Vivo as we want to buy fan. When we walk into vivo.. there is a few people approaching us to see their wedding package.. Bridal Shop Fair. No intention to see the bridal thing as we are very hungry.

Went to Sushi Tei for dinner.

After dinner.. went over to "BEST" to take a look at the fan that we wanted to buy.
Know roughly what we want and shop around first and saw one of the bridal booth was the one that i went to their shop few months ago. Which i like it very much so i walk over toward the booth.

There is a lady from other booth keep pester me from walking toward the booth.. keep talking to me and want me to go to her booth. Hate this kind of pushy pushy sale person.

But i reject her straight....

My Dream Wedding...

We dont have any intention to book the package so early... just that the saleman which serve me about 8months ago.. remember me and we start chatting abit.. and i ask him to show Hubby the photos which impress me. I was impressed by their photo shoot skill, the location and feel.
Their main company is located at Hong Kong which one of the Actress Charlene was their album models. I love their HK yacht and studio shoot... Hubby like their service and he wanted to sign the package... i was shock and look at him... cos the package is not cheap at all... $4,500 not inclusive of air ticket and hotel stay... But still....
We booked the package with them and be having our shoot next year at HongKong.

New year eve everyone happily counting down...
After reunion dinner, went out to PM to find the rest...
Have another mini steamboat section there before everyone head down to esplanade.

Z's come PM find me awhile only went off to esplanade first..
We head down after everyone reached.

How i spend my new year?

Chu 1) went over to Hubby's grandma place and then to my aunt place. And not forgetting the MJ section with my cliques at Jerdine house... Play till morning lo... hahaha.. so so tired.
Chu 2) went to Hubby's mummy place for steamboat
Chu 3) Alamak... very bad memories now.. i think we are home resting..Holiday over and return for work the next day already.
Return to work on Chu 4, our dept have company lunch with broker company @ Shangri-La Hotel. at night went to GX hse play cards... (my 4D 2nd prize never buy... sob... just return to work so busy till forget to buy) Hiks... sad la...

It was a very tiring trip. hahaha...
Lucky i dont know how to drive if not i think i be double tired.

Some present updates

I have so many things to blog about and record the memories of every single day things happening to my life. I shall slowly update all the past events one by one. I have selected my 1^st sweet home on 9^th February 2010. It a 3room unit located at mature estate. Initially want to get 4room unit as it much bigger compare to 3room but our queue number is not ideal for us to select an unit for 4room.We are happy to get a high level unit which living room have full height window and both bedroom bay window, it good enough for the 2 of us staying. The estimated completion date is 3Q of 2011 and current building level is already 26 about 10 more storeys to go for my block. We shall be able to get the key beginning of 2012 if all goes well.

I have done quite a number of research regards to the interior design renovation and furniture. We plan to buy a big wardrobe in order for me to put all my clothes and shall fix it in the spare room which also my cliques MJ room. Hahaha… I have done quite a number of research on wedding venue as well, have a couple of places in mind. I told Hubby that why not we don't carry out the wedding banquet and go for a long honeymoon holiday instead, he rejected at once.

It still a long way for us before we can start commencing on the plans as I am still under probation for my current job and Hubby just started his new job as well. Probably stick to our initial plan which is settling everything in the year 2012.

Will see how everything goes first and decide later part of the year.

I love my current job even sometime I have to work late. My colleagues are very friendly and helpful to guide me. Lots of mummies here to share their experience with me being a mother and telling me how they breast feed and etc… :D I plan to have my first child when my sweet home is ready and hope no accident got to happen during this period of time. Precaution is the key. I shall update all the backdated entry once I have time for it. :D

I am so busy every single day with work. :D
Nothing much to update as everyday is work - home - slp -work - home - slp.
Entertainment probably once in a while, i couldn't find myself going out everyday.

Is this marry life?
I would say half of it right... because there is responsibility as a husband or wife.
but the other half is base on what you are hoping for... for both future.
Lots of entertainment = spend too much money too... / not enough sleep = cant focus in work.
My health is not good... i feel like sleeping very easily..
not i wanted to.. but just eyes lid became heavy.

In life there is a lot to loss and gain...
If u wanted to gain something... you might loss something...

It been quite awhile since i meet up with my beloved girl girl... Yes Zylia...
New job is tiring... cracking head everyday and make sure things goes well...
Couldnt make it for Dawn birthday... Hiks... kinda of miss all of the babes..
we use to work and have fun together all night long gossiping...

It a big changes for me... everyday knock off only feel like going home... too tired to go anywhere...

Started my new job.. colleagues are nice and friendly...
environment was good...

Learning bit by bit slowly... first day of work they have pass me vessel to incharge..
Learning step by step ... previously was in shipping as well so i pick up quite fast... :D

company is passing me a blackberry soon so that i could read my mails as and when....
need to take note of the vessel movement as well..

i am happy and contented to what i have now.. :D
Hubby found a new job as well... quite good prospect.

This movie is very interesting... assuming there will be part 2....
Cos the story stopped half day through... the most important part was right behind....

Hubby went army for 2weeks....
Yesterday was the first night... i am sleeping alone with lights on....
I don't feel good sleeping without him by my side...
i seriously miss him badly...

Summary of 2009

General - 6/10
Love - Good and getting better each day pass by
Career - It a bad year for me... thing screw up... economy goes down.. a few months then get a job and start working at TKS from June till now. Great experience in law firm..
But still prefer shipping...
Wealth - Not good at all... [ learn my lesson ]
Health - Thyroid is getting better...
still on medication, waiting for next appointment to see my condition... mine is not serious anyway.. hope the doctor will say i am fine liao.. recover liao... hahaha...

Beginning of a new year in hours...
i can sense that it going to be a better year for me in every way.
Got a new job and start work mid January, it a shipping firm and i am holding the position of Operation Executive. I was matched 87% to the role i am handling as i am in shipping previously for 2years. It gonna be a company that i would stay very long... as i am sick of job hopping.
Resigned the previous shipping company because of some other influence and i regret it.
I wont make the same mistake again.. PROMISE!!!

It a long journey for me and hubby...
It gonna be a tough year for us, cant always go out have entertainment and fun...
Just endure 3years Hubby.. we will make things work ok...
Save plenty of money for our lovely home.
